I went to lunch today with the wife of one of Clark's coworkers. We went to this great little pizza place called Protos. Talk about some good eats. It was pizza how it was meant to be eaten. A very thin crust, hardly any sauce, and mine had mozzarella cheese, bacon and cilantro. Very tasty. She said she has a list of all the great restaurants in the Denver area, and she will email the list to me. yum.

Sounds like my kind of pizza. I love the thin crust. Glad you're getting acquainted with new friends!
A good source for finding good restaurants is the local magazine. In utah it's called Salt Lake magazine, and most state/big cities have something similar. You can usually pick it up at the supermarket or at barnes and noble. They usually have a restaurant guide in the back that gives you a short narrative of the restaurant as well as a rough price guide.
