Monster Jam!

Clark took the kids to see Monster Jam. Corbin was soooo excited to go! And he absolutely loved it. It definitely lived up to his high expectations. Clark and I initially couldn't decide if Avery should go to Monster Jam, too, so we let her decide. Avery gets pretty scared of loud noises (fireworks, the garbage truck, etc) and so we tried to explain to her how loud the monster trucks would be and that she might be scared of the noise. Avery responded by saying that she would sit on Daddy's lap and then she wouldn't be scared. Pretty cute. Avery did pretty good at the show, but Clark said by the end she was asking to go home :)

Best buds

Corbin and Stockton are best buds. They were so excited to find out that they both got the number 3 for Junior Jazz.

This gal is trying to give up nap time. She isn't always successful.

delightful

I was singing "Baby Beluga" (one of the kids favorite songs) to Tyson while I gave him a bath today. Corbin said, "Sometimes that song gives me a fever, because it's so delightful."  Not quite sure what that meant. But it made me smile.

Off track fun

Corbin is off track right now, so we had a fun day out with Jeff and Kyle at Jungle Jims. We haven't been there since Avery was 1 year old, so it was a new experience for her. She loved the little roller coaster. My favorite moment was when Avery saw all the big kids holding both hands high in the air, so she tentatively lifted one hand about 6 inches off the hand bar. It was awesome. Corbin loved the roller coaster and the bumper cars. No big surprise there :)
