We went to the BYU football game against Tulsa on Saturday. I got to eat dippin dots, which by itself made the game rather fun and exciting. One of the crappy things about the game was the fact that it took us nearly 25 minutes just to get in the stadium. Someone at BYU had the bright idea that each ticket should be individually scanned before the person could go in, and yet they only had a couple of scanner at each entrance, which meant that there were hundreds of people just standing outside that were waiting to get in. The scanner also didn't work very well, so that the ticket had to be scanned like 6 times before it even worked, and many times the person would just end up entering in the 16-someodd digit number into the scanning machine. Kind of dumb, if you ask me. The only reason that we finally got in was that they decided to just tear off the ticket stub and not scan them anymore, otherwise we would have probably been outside for another 15 minutes.

Once we finally got inside, Clark and I had a fun time. The weather for the first 3 quarters was absolutely perfect. However, right around the 4th quarter it started raining really hard, and eventually the refs suspended the game because of lightening. We left, and the game started back up about an hour later. All in all it was a fun game. Coug's won 49-24. Check out this link to view a slideshow of the game.
