Just Souper
Why indeed should I settle, when I can select? Last night for dinner I had the Campbell's Select Southwestern Corn Soup. Mmmmm, what a good soup. I would definately recommend it to everyone for a quick and tasty meal. It tastes great with some tortilla chips in it. It is kind of a pricey soup, but they often have a 75 cent coupon on the Sunday paper.

Good News
Clark spent an hour on the phone this morning, in a three-way call with the insurance company, and the HR people at his work that help out with this stuff. Good news is that the insurance is going to reprocess all those claims, and they are going to cover the expenses 100% (which is what should have happened in the first place). I am very glad that all of this is done and taken care of. It has been a bit of a stress for me and Clark. It is also good to know that I don't have to worry about going through the hassel of finding a new doctor. I am so glad that Clark's work has people that help out with insurance issues. Otherwise, I think it would have taken twice as long to resolve this problem.

Insurance...What a headache
Well, we have been fighting with our insurance the last couple of days. About a week ago we received an EOB in the mail that stated that we all of a sudden owe $300 some-odd dollars to various labs, all for my first prenatal visit in November. This seemed rather strange to us, considering our insurance clearly states that after a $30 copay, all maternity is 100% covered. We have now called the insurance once, and the medical office twice, and each time they just end up placing blame on one another. It is all really obnoxious and confusing. However, I was very happy to find out today, that Clark's work provides a service (through their Human Resource department) that will help with problems like these. Clark says that they basically will take over for us and call the insurance and the office, until the matter is settled. They had already closed when Clark called them this afternoon, but we are going to call them tomorrow, so that they can get things started. We need to get this all figured out soon, just in case we end up needing to switch doctors. Hopefully everthing will turn out well.

Sleepy
I love my job. There aren't many jobs out there, where you can sleep in until 11 and still make it to work on time.

Hmmmm...
So a couple of weeks ago I got called to be in the nursery. Is this a hint that I need some extra experience with children, before my child is born? It's actually not too bad, because my ward has 3 nurserys, and I am with the oldest group, the youngest in my group being 2. So they are all potty trained, and they are all pretty much content to just sit and play with their toys. The other nice thing is that I can see an end in sight. Our bishop will either release a new mom from her calling or get a sub for her, for 3 months after the baby is born. So i pretty much know that I won't be doing this calling past July. I can handle that.

Baby
Well, I just got back from the doctors office, and everything is going great. I have gained a total of 3 lbs. Baby is doing good. I also set up my ultrasound appointment for March 12. That is definately going to be an awesome appointment. I can't wait!

Phil Conners, is that you? It's me...Ned Ryerson

I am greatly relieved to read that Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow this morning. An early spring! I am so happy. I am not sure if I could stand another 6 weeks of ice and snow. Then again, how much could a little groundhog really know? I guess we will all just have to hope that he knows a lot.
